We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to provide excellent co-ordination support to our L&D teams.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Learning & Development, is solution-focused with a high level of attention to detail, and confidence in the analysis of data. This will help you to support us with delivering fast-paced and high-volume support with queries and providing top-class support to our key teams. A key driver of this will be your proactiveness and determination to problem solve and you will use and improve core processes supporting the work of the team and ensure the smooth running of development activities and learning systems.

What will I be doing???

Make an impact every day by:

  • Coordinate the core logistical and administrative tasks for our range of learning and talent development events and related initiatives.

  • Ensure that Learning & Talent Development team finance processes are implemented and continuously improved.

  • Be a central point of contact for learning and Talent related queries, including managing central inboxes.

  • Co-facilitate Virtual Induction networking sessions and coordinate logistics for regular induction events.

  • Proactively develop the team's processes and systems to be more efficient and effective.

  • Maintain an ongoing series of regular emails for new starters and their managers throughout their Induction.

  • Champion the principles equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the role

What skills are you looking for??

You'll be able to bring to the role

  • Administrative experience

  • Experience of working in a busy environment & managing multiple priorities

  • Excellent computer literacy, especially MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and web tools (learning platforms desirable)

  • Experience of providing consistent excellent customer service, stakeholder and supplier management

  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Strong numeracy skills and experience with budgets

  • Self starter and ability to proactively identify improvements to process and ways of working

  • Proactive, enjoys administration and strong desire to effectively get things done
