Legacy Operations Assistants

Salary: £22,250 p.a. inclusive of London Weighting + excellent benefits

Contract length: Permanent

Location: Angel, London

We are looking for individuals with an eye for detail to...


  • Provide operational and administrative support to our Professional Partnerships team and our Will Writing Services

  • Build and maintain an excellent knowledge of our Professional Partnerships team and Will Writing Services

  • Take ownership of all incoming post into the Legacies department and follow process guidelines for distribution of this

  • Input all data (including financial) into our case management and supporter relationship management systems

  • Be responsible for handling day-to-day queries from internal stakeholders and external partners, via shared inboxes and phone lines

  • Be responsible for monitoring and ordering materials for the wider team, including partner solicitors.

* Excellent administrative and data entry skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proven experience of providing operational support and juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
* Experience in Legacies/Legal Sector advantageous.
