We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Marketing Delivery Manager. We need you to play a key role in supporting Cancer Research UK’s marketing function to execute best in class campaigns, manage a flexible Marketing Delivery team, overseeing the implementation of strategic marketing plans for a wide variety of campaigns.
What will I be doing?

Supporting the Senior Manager to translate the Fundraising & Marketing operating plan and budget into an audience marketing plan and budget
Managing the planning, set-up, delivery and analysis of integrated multi-channel campaigns
Managing the content and creative production, testing and optimisation process, ensuring campaign assets are fully aligned with Brand messaging
Working alongside the Senior Manager to motivate the Executives and matrix manage specialist Delivery teams
Working with digital and data experts from across marketing and the wider organisation to improve communications and better engage our audiences
Managing the delivery of campaign set-up requirements in response to Marketing production briefs
Support the Senior Marketing Delivery Manager with the Marketing Apprentices as required
Managing the planning, set-up, delivery and analysis of integrated multi-channel campaigns with Marketing Executives and key agencies and suppliers, meeting and exceeding campaign KPIs, to time and budget.
What skills are you looking for?
You’ll be able to bring to the role…
Significant experience translating marketing strategy into tactical delivery plans
Significant experience delivering multi-channel campaigns, from planning through to execution and analysis, that meet campaign KPIs
Strong understanding of end-to-end supporter journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns
Data-driven with a strong understanding of UX principles and relevant experience of interpreting results and recommending opportunities for optimisation
Relevant experience of building positive working relationships and influencing others at all levels .
