SUPPLIER ACCOUNT MANAGER

Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Contract length: Permanent

Hours per week: 35

Location: Sterling House, Oxford / Redman Place, Stratford / Home-based

  • Manage Cancer Research UK's (CRUK's) relationship with external suppliers to ensure they deliver a great supporter experience, delivering service to the agreed levels

  • Work collaboratively and build strong internal and external relationships to provide supplier account management expertise

  • Actively monitor and provide insight and rationale for expenditure and supplier performance

Now we need a Supplier Account Manager to act as the main point of contact for the supplier ensuring that the supplier's representatives know what is expected of them, feel accountable for delivery and are well informed about their performance.

  • Excellent experience of building and maintaining strong and effective relationships

  • Recent supplier account management experience within a customer service/marketing environment and an understanding of account management principles

  • Commercially astute with experience of holding external suppliers to account while maintaining a diplomatic and professional approach to supplier relationships

  • Proven ability to think analytically and pro-actively seek and implement innovative solutions
