User Experience Optimisation Manager

Salary: Circa £38,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Contract length: Permanent

Location: Angel, London

  • Work with key stakeholders to build a clear picture of supporter behaviour in order to inform future UX testing
  • Work closely with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and advise on online supporter journey mapping and optimisation testing options
  • Bridge the gap between marketing, UX and wider technology teams by maintaining regular contact and feedback to key stakeholders and project groups
  • Have regular sessions with wider UX team to ensure that all work is aligned to the organisational strategy
  • Establish yourself as the main point of contact for expert advice and feedback on marketing user experience within the organisation
  • Drive continuous improvement of website conversion and optimisation and anticipate future needs to drive value to marketing campaigns.

Now we need a User Experience Optimisation Manager to optimise key supporter journeys on CRUK webpages to ensure experiences are useful, easy to use and drive supporter engagement. You will also support the delivery of campaigns and initiatives that engage our audiences and provide digital experiences that are recognised as the best.

  • Ability to clearly communicate UX concepts and benefits of user research to marketers and stakeholders
  • Proven experience of conducting user interviews, competitor analysis, user journey mapping and various types of testing
  • Good understanding of Lean and Agile / Scrum methodology and experience working within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of working with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation and planning skills
  • Understanding of analytics data to identify areas to improve the user experience.
