As our Head of Fundraising & Marketing you will be responsible for leading our fundraising, marketing and communications work and help to shape the charity’s overall direction and management as part of the senior management team.
We are the charity for anyone whose life is impacted by the heart muscle disease, cardiomyopathy. We work to save and improve the lives of people with the condition, and their loved ones, throughout the UK because we believe that everyone affected by cardiomyopathy should live a long and fulfilling life.
Since our establishment over thirty years ago, we have worked to provide support and information so that nobody has to face cardiomyopathy alone, we have fought for better access to treatment so more people get the help they need, we have shaped research so that it truly addresses the needs of our community and we have raised awareness so more people seek help sooner and fewer people are at risk of sudden cardiac death.
Our team of people with cardiomyopathy, their loved ones, medical experts, researches, professional staff and other stakeholders come together with a single purpose - to save and improve peoples' lives. We are now looking for a Head of Fundraising & Marketing to join us.
It is great time to be joining. We have recently agreed our five year strategy, raising our ambitions as a charity and opening up new areas of activity, and over the last few years we have been able to grow income, improve our marketing and communications and create a solid basis on which to build new fundraising initiatives.
As an experienced fundraising leader, you will have the knowledge, energy and passion to drive our fundraising, marketing and communications work and help ensure that we are able to meet our ambitions and deliver for our community.
