Role Summary

Moving to a hybrid working arrangement, where we have an increasing number of staff coming back into the office after working remotely during the pandemic, requires a reliable, well-organised Office Manager. The role will handle day-to-day operations with a focus on organisational efficiency and time management in a hybrid working environment.

The Office Manager will be responsible for developing office and home-working protocols to enable more seamless, future-focused ways of working and streamlining administrative procedures. You will be responsible for Facilities Management and Asset Management and support many other operational projects.

This role needs someone who is a self-starter, has flair for process improvement and change, is operational and flexible to get stuck in, is professional with excellent customer service delivery, and who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats to ensure the job gets done.
