Job description

Are you a people person who enjoys getting out and about meeting and talking to new people in the community? Then join the Carers' Hub team to get involved in a brand new project to bring a Carers Passport scheme to life in Lambeth. 

This is a great opportunity to boost your project management experience within the voluntary sector and be part of a brand new project that will help make sure carers are connected to local support and information to help their caring role, reduce isolation, combat the financial strain of caring and improve carer health and wellbeing. 

This is a really varied role involving lots of outreach to raise awareness about the scheme with carers, partnership working to forge strong new relationships with organisations across health and social care and voluntary sector and community organisations as well as all aspects of project coordination such as communications and marketing, monitoring and evaluation and creating resources for information packs.  Most importantly, you will be making a genuine, long lasting difference to the lives of carers in Lambeth.
