Community Partnership Coordinator
22 hours per week days to suit for 12 months initially – with the potential for extension / a permanent role

Carers Support West Sussex (CSWS) is a growing service provider charity working in community and hospitals with a critical service contract to deliver support to unpaid family and friend carers across the county. We offer a wide range of wellbeing options and our plans focus on using digital technology, connecting carers and fundraising to provide even more services.
A brand new role, the Community Partnership Coordinator will work alongside the Fundraising and Communications Team to develop the Carer Discount Card pilot service in West Sussex. You will cultivate new carer-friendly business partnerships whilst ensuring the service is shaped by carer views.
As a dynamic, proactive and results driven individual, you will:
Develop, grow and maintain a local business membership/partnership network/base.
Link with business members on the existing Carer Card directory and identify, contact, encourage and engage new members
Set up and manage the CSWS member database using CRM
Produce an impact report
Identify best practice to apply to the carers discount card
You will be based at either our Crawley or Worthing office, with free parking. There will be a requirement to travel around Sussex and occasional outside office hours’ work.
