Our new Community Partnerships Team is growing and we are looking to appoint a new Job Coach who will have an important role in ensuring that our residents have access to high quality job coaching support, thus enabling them to learn the required skills and secure paid employment.
About the role
The Job Coach will be responsible for providing job coaching support and securing placements on the programme, suited to the requirements of each resident. The Job Coach will also be responsible for facilitating and developing excellent working relationships with colleagues and partners, including local employers, to broker job opportunities for the different resident groups.
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have experience providing personalised coaching and support to individuals facing homelessness or other forms of social exclusion and managing a large client caseload. The successful candidate will also need to have both excellent communication skills, the capacity to be self-sufficient while acting under your own initiative and also being productive within a team. It would be an advantage if you have Eastern European language skills.
