We're looking for someone to join Caritas Anchor House make a difference to people's lives in East London. We are looking for an experienced Project Implementation Manager to join our team during a period of change, growth and exciting projects!
About the role
Central to the development of the organisation, you will fully focus on the project management and delivery of new services within the organisation as part of a partnership.
Leading on operational work streams to incorporate full project transfer and development of the service you will fully implement change focused on further supporting our residents, employees and the overall stakeholder experience. This will be done in partnership with the Strategic Management Team, ensuring the operational work stream and the resident and employee experience is managed and monitored at all stages in line with the vision of the new service.
With a proven background in a supported housing/hostels for vulnerable people environment, you will remain central to the organisation to ensure there is a co-ordinated approach for successful delivery of the new service in line with the agreed mobilisation timetable. To be successful in this role you’ll have the following skills and experience:
- A sound background in developing accommodation based services within the community.
- Proven experience with mobilising new service contracts coupled with exceptional negotiation and project implementation skills.
- Experience of the housing and support needs of people who experience rough sleeping and homelessness.
- Exceptional financial skills with a full understanding of budgeting, planning and recording expenditure and interpreting financial performance reports.
- Thrive on working within a fast paced environment with varied priorities and able to quickly adapt to new situations.

A polished organiser with a can do attitude you will be truly motivated by being key to the overall success of the project.
