Our Move on Team at Caritas Anchor House is growing and we are looking to appoint a Resettlement Support Worker on a fixed term contract untill March 2022 to support our residents with the transition from our accommodation to the new tenancy, proactively working with the landlords through the first 6 months of tenancy.
About the role
In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintaining of partnerships that’s specifically support vulnerable adults, in their journey to independent living.
You will act also build and maintain effective relationships with landlords, provide information, advice and guidance to residents enabling them to sustain tenancies. You will also carry a caseload of residents which may include those with complex needs.
We would like to hear from you if you have experience of working with vulnerable people presenting significant levels of need and risk, with an ability to devise and deliver on action plans through high quality risk management and needs assessment. It would be an advantage if you have a successful track record in using online communication tools and digital platforms to support vulnerable adults.
