The post holder will ensure high standards are consistently achieved in relation to providing a safe, welcoming, effective and quality service in relation to housing management.  Working with Senior Management they will set clear standards, work plans and goals, provide continuous coaching and supervision.


Working as part of a newly re-established team, the successful post holder will be expected to support the development and improvement of our services based at Denmark Road to provide a flagship service.


They will be proactive, closely monitoring all key areas of service delivery, from health and safety, compliance, maintenance of properties, implementing quality management systems and overseeing hostel budgets


This is a dynamic role and the ideal candidate will not only be able to ensure regulatory compliance but help drive positive change, innovation and continual improvements in line with Caritas values and ethos.
