Case Manager (Family Support) 

An exciting Case Manager role for a national charity. 

Pact is a national charity that supports offenders, ex-offenders, and their children and families. 

Position: Case Manager 
Location: West Midlands 
Contract: Full-time, permanent 
Salary: £23,000 per annum

About the role: 

As Case Manager you will support offenders in custody to break down barriers to resettlement into their local communities and support them into employment, training or education. You will support the delivery of the NOMS CFO Programme and provide advice, guidance, coaching, mentoring and support to a caseload of participants via regular one to one meetings and group interventions. 

You will work with Community Case Managers and a range of statutory and non-statutory organisations to coordinate an effective through-the-gate service for all participants engaging in their service. 

About you: 

The successful candidate will have excellent listening skills, the ability to develop relationships with clients, volunteers, and other stakeholders, proven experience of achieving qualitative and quantitative targets, and an understanding of the criminal justice system. Excellent IT skills are essential due to the daily operating system for the contract. 

This is a payment by results contract and the successful candidate will be able to work to monthly targets.
