We are seeking a positive individual with a commitment to customer service to join our team as Contact Centre Advisor at our National Cat Centre in Chelwood Gate, Haywards Heath.
Cats Protection is the UK’s leading feline welfare charity with a nationwide network of centres, volunteer-run branches and charity shops. During 2019 we helped around 191,000 cats and kittens, an average of 520 per day.
The Contact Centre is part of the wider Cats Protection Operations team. We answer queries from members of the public through our multiple contact channels; telephone, email, website and social media. We also work with and support a number of our nationwide Branches with their call handling. On average, the Contact Centre respond to over 100,000 contacts each year, helping thousands of cats, their owners and members of the public. We aspire to provide a great customer service to all those who contact us.
The office based Contact Centre Advisors respond to all our incoming enquiries across all our communication channels. You will be the first port of call for enquiries coming into the Contact Centre from members of the public. Through our various contact channels, you will provide accurate advice and information, ensuring members of the public receive a prompt, professional and courteous service.
Our successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a Contact Centre or customer support role. You will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills and be able to keep calm under pressure with great credibility.
