We currently recruiting for two enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our Continuous Improvement team. You will join us working 18 hours per week and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £12,264.23 per annum plus excellent benefits.
Cats Protection is the UK’s leading feline welfare charity with a nationwide network of adoption and homing centres, volunteer-run branches and charity shops. During 2020, despite the challenges, we helped 126,000 cats and kittens. That's the equivalent of around 345 cats a day!
The People and Engagement directorate provide all aspects of L&D, recruitment, workforce planning, employee lifecycle support and HR advice and guidance to Cats Protection employees and volunteers. There are over 44 employees based within the team, and this role sits within the Strategy and Engagement strand which is made up of nine people.
Responsibilities of our HR Administrator:
As HR Administrator you will provide high class administrative support and customer service to the HR Support Services team and our internal customers. You will be responsible for the efficient set up of new starters, leavers and new roles approved within our establishment. You will resolve HR and system inbox queries working together with our system support team. Supporting the probation and induction process and prepare accurate correspondence to employees. You will support with general HR processes and system updates as and when needed.

- demonstrate strong administrative experience
- experience working in a fast paced and varied environment
- proven experience of working with HR systems
- flexible and able to move between tasks easily
- confident communicator and customer focused
