Do you have project management experience and a passion for the heritage sector?


Cause4 are looking for an experienced Head of Programme to take the lead on our new Business Support Programme with the National Lottery Heritage Fund. 


You’ll be working with an exciting new partnership of Cause4, Creative United and the Arts Marketing Association. 


The new Head of Programme will work closely with Cause4’s Director of Strategy and Programmes, to deliver the aims and objectives of the Heritage Fund programme. This is a new post within the organisation.


This is an ideal position for an experienced Project Manager, Producer or Head of Development interested in the development and delivery of arts, heritage and cultural support programmes, in a national context, with a wide brief to support and develop the fundraising skills, and business models of the sector.


The role is ideal for a candidate with experience in training delivery for small arts and heritage organisations, or someone interested in learning specific skills in training delivery as part of a future portfolio. All training will be provided.


The deadline for applications is 21st August 2020. Subject to Government guidelines we will interview face to face but Zoom interviews may be required for the first interview. Interviews will be held in Cambridge on the 26th August 2020.
