We’re offering an exciting full-time Relational Research & Logistics Officer role in CBM’s Philanthropy & Partnerships Team. This is a key post, helping to extend CBM’s reach to new supporters and influencers.
You’ll bring your creativity, innovation, resourcefulness and analytical skills in carrying out prospect research to identify high-level individual donors, as well as new Trusts and Foundations. With excellent communication skills you will provide effective donor relations cultivation over the telephone, as well as stewardship, taking an active role in the donor journey process. As we develop and align our event strategy you will also help to organise and deliver our fundraising events to a high standard. Working within our Fundraising & Communications department of 19 staff, you’ll be part of a highly-skilled, motivated and fun Philanthropy & Partnerships Team, as well as our Supporter Relations Team.

What will success look like?
• Identification of a variety of sources and prospects to aid prospect research on new and existing donors, and provision of valuable insight
• Helping to grow support and income by relationship-building and generating long-term support
• Maximisation of donor engagement by working with senior P&P officers to provide event planning and support
• Maintaining the effective stewardship of existing supporters.
