NOW SCHEDULING INTERVIEWS AS SUITABLE APPLICATIONS COME IN!
Centre 33 is an ambitious and growing charity based across Cambridgeshire. We offer a range of high-quality services to young people, including information and support on a “drop in” basis, mental health services, counselling, housing and financial advice, sexual health support and support for young carers.
Our services have never been more needed. The pandemic has created a new set of challenges for our young people and support on a practical, psychological and emotional basis is vital as we begin to rebuild. Since March 2020, our workforce has grown by over 50% and we anticipate further growth and expansion to provide that support for everyone that needs it.
To meet this demand, we are expanding our HR team. We are recruiting for two roles, both experienced HR professionals, to develop and drive the future success of the organisation.
Our HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing the human resources requirements for Centre 33, management of HR systems, processes and policies and organisational support and governance. We are looking for an experienced HR professional, who will recruit, support and develop people through developing policies and managing procedures.
Salary: £28,672 – £32,234 (NJC 24-28) pro rata
Our HR Administrator will be responsible for the HR administration requirements for Centre 33, including recruitment queries, training management and maintenance of the HR database.
Salary: £20,493 to £23,080 pa (NJC 8-14) pro rata
Both roles will work to Centre 33’s values of being inclusive and specialist; supportive and non-judgemental; and collaborative and accountable.
You will be working primarily from our offices in Ely or Cambridge but with travel to other hubs within Cambridgeshire.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
