Compliance and Administrative Assistant (Ref:CAA-0719)
Salary: £21,000 per annum
Hours: Part time, 20 per week – Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed term, 6 months

We have a new opportunity for a proactive and organised Compliance and Administrative Assistant to join our Central service, in order to deliver high quality administration and accurate processing, filing and recording of information in relation to staff compliance across the organisation.The role will also involve supporting the rest of the HR team with recruitment initiatives and ad hoc administrative duties.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain further administrative experience and have exposure to recruitment and HR processes in a busy and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work on their own initiative in order to complete tasks promptly and to a high standard. Good IT proficiency and the ability to maintain effective professional relationships are also key.
