Project Coordinator – Personal Support Worker Service (Ref: FMPC-1019)
Salary: £22,750 per annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Contract: 1 year fixed term, with potential to extend depending on service needs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and motivated person to provide management support for Centre 404’s Personal Support Worker Finding and Matching Service, which provides support to people with learning disabilities living in their own homes in North London.
The post-holder will contribute to the management of the service leading on managing the rota and providing support to a large number of people through a staff team based in and around North London.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and thorough in their working style, able to manage a busy and varied workload. They will also be flexible and able to respond well within a fast-paced environment. Excellent IT skills, good time management, care and attention to detail are essential for this post, as are a logical and timely approach to tasks and the ability to plan ahead.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody to develop their skills and gain experience in a more senior role within a dynamic and innovative service.
