Project Manager (Camden Floating Support Service) – (PMCFS-0519)
Salary: £29,500 per annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London.
We are now looking for a motivated and efficient manager to oversee an exciting new Outreach service in Camden, which provides support to adults with mild-moderate learning disabilities and a range of other needs, including mental health and complex health needs.
The role will include coordinating and providing excellent person centred care and support of service users, to enable tenants to live independently in their own home and be supported in all areas of day-to-day living. You will also oversee the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and a range of activities and support to people with learning disabilities.
You will be involved in developing and implementing a range of creative and innovative new activity groups focusing on social interaction, learning and general wellbeing for service users with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and reducing reliance on 1:1 support.
We are looking for someone committed to delivering high quality services and who will instil a culture of continuous improvement and respect for those in need of support, through dialogue with service users, their families, advocates and any other professionals involved. The right candidate will also be able to demonstrate a track record in motivating, managing and developing staff, alongside a clear understanding of leadership responsibilities in social care and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience of supporting people with high and complex support needs, as well as offering positive behaviour support, would also be an advantage.
Candidates are strongly encouraged to read the full job description before submitting their applications.
How to apply: Please submit your CV and an application form. We would also appreciate if you could complete a diversity monitoring form.
Please check your email for confirmation that your application has been received and to follow further instructions if applicable.
