About the role

The purpose of this role is to provide support the wider staff team in ensuring IT and facilities to support effective working at home and in the office.

This role will also provide support to the Senior Office Coordinator for the office move and assist the Operations team with general administrative activities.


About you

The successful candidate will have experience of working with a wide range of IT systems including SharePoint and Office 365, as well as phone systems, as you will be the first point of contact for staff with network, hardware and software issues, ensuring problems are resolved effectively. You will liaise directly with the IT service provider to escalate issues as required to manage service levels.

You will provide support to the Senior Office Coordinator in suggesting improvements and enhancements to our IT infrastructure, processes, and implementation of additional cyber security measures. Experience and knowledge of working in these areas is essential.

You will assist the Senior Office Coordinator with the office move, facility requirements and support to staff for changes, including research, development and implementation of new office systems and guidance. Some previous experience in these areas would be beneficial.

You will have previous experience of office administration, including the management of post and general phone and email enquiries, raising of purchase orders, setting up of meeting rooms and providing technical support for webinars, workshops and conferences.

Experience of managing multiple projects and deadlines and building strong working relationships, as well as working independently is essential.
