This is a 9 months fixed term opportunity covering maternity leave with a closing date of 14th December 2021.

We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently.

Together with our partners, we support thousands of homeless young people each year.

We are looking for an experienced housing management professional to manage the Centrepoint Independent Living Service in Manchester

The ideal candidate will have experience of social housing general needs management with knowledge or skills gained within Housing Association, charitable or local authority housing roles. Knowledge or experience of supported housing functions would also be an advantage. 

You will be responsible for providing a fully generic tenancy and estate management function for an initially small portfolio of existing properties within the Greater Manchester and City region. This part of the role involves working in your housing patch during working hours to provide direct support and management to independent living tenants. You will manage your own caseload - following policies and procedures in order to meet service objectives and KPIs
