Centrepoint is the UK’s leading charity for homeless young people. We provide a range of accommodation based and floating support services to vulnerable young people across London, Manchester, Yorkshire and the North East. Our vision is to end youth homelessness but until then we will continue to provide young people with a place to call home, tailored support and the opportunity to build the skills needed to sustain independent living.
This is an exciting Service Manager role based in Brent and Harrow and includes responsibilities for supported accommodation services and a small floating support service. The Service Manager is responsible for overall service delivery and performance management, providing effective leadership to achieve high quality outcomes for young people and working in partnership with Social Services teams. At Centrepoint, we work in a Psychologically Informed Environment. All staff are required to implement this approach when working with young people.
We are looking for an experienced manager with exceptional skills in establishing and maintaining positive relationships both internally and externally.
A key part of the role will be to promote a vibrant culture with an uncompromising commitment to excellence and a fully integrated support service, reflecting the needs of those accessing the service.
