An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Organisation Development Consultant to develop and implement HR and OD strategies that will support Certitude’s strategic objectives. Building on our comprehensive leadership and staff development provision, the successful candidate will work in partnership with HR and operational colleagues to build integrated high performing services and teams.

This is a highly influential role, central to the way in which we develop our best asset – our leaders and staff. You will have a track record of leading successful strategic staff development projects and organisation development initiatives, as well as change programmes. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills which will enable you to establish immediate credibility with senior managers, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which will underpin a strong track record of influencing change at all levels. An understanding of the issues facing the Social Care sector and their impact on the organisation and staff agenda, as well as experience of psychometric tools are required.
