We have a number of opportunities for Grade 2 Support Workers in our services across the borough of Kensington & Chelsea, supporting people with Learning Disabilities. You will provide just the right level of support so they can gain the confidence and everyday skills to live full and active lives in the community.

Key to your success will be your ability to build rapport with the people we support, being adaptable and able to develop good relationships with colleagues in each of the services. A strong positive attitude is essential for this position, along with a willingness to undertake various levels of personal care and manual handling, and to make a difference to the lives of those you support.

Establishing good relationships with the people you support, you will help them to use a range of person centered planning tools. Working as part of a team, you will work to a person centered support plan in a fast-paced environment to meet the outcomes and lifestyle choices of the people you support.

Your hours of work will be 37.5 hours on a flexible shift rota including mornings, evenings, weekends and potentially sleep-ins.
