CF Fundraising Ltd recruits’ new members on behalf of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire Wildlife Trust and are looking to grow our team working on behalf of this inspirational charity. Working in pre-booked venues on either a full or part time basis, this is a unique opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the work of the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire Wildlife Trust.
Venues are booked by our internal Private Site Coordinators and consideration is given to the time of year, weather etc and in door venues are booked where required. We also attend a number of events throughout the year.
Key facts about the role
This is an employed & salaried role (not self-employed), starting salary £20,800 based on a 40-hour week (pro-rata for part time). There is also an uncapped performance related bonus scheme, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and pension scheme. Full & part time opportunities are available.
This role really does make a difference. You will be the public face of the charity, seeking new members to support by way of regular monthly direct debit donations.
You will have excellent communication skills, be confident interacting with the public and able to work under your own initiative.
Ideally, you will:
- have worked in a customer-facing role such as Direct or Field Sales, Fundraising or Customer Service with experience of working to targets
- be an effective, persuasive, passionate and engaging communicator able to create a rapport in a face-to-face situation
- have a positive attitude, high level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- enjoy the variety of travelling and working in a different environment each day
- have the flexibility to work weekends
- You must have a full driving licence and your own vehicle
All uniform, equipment and point of sale materials are provided - including an electronic tablet. Accommodation will be provided if staying away plus a contribution towards travel expenses will be paid.
