Key information
Reporting to: CEO
Employment type: Full time
Direct reports: Finance and Resources Manager, Team administrators x 2 and HR administrator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: We are a hybrid-working organisation (work up to 3 days per week remotely). Our main office is a few minutes from Finsbury Park station
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £59,000 - £65,000 per year dependent on experience
Closing date: 6th December 2023
Interview: Week commencing Monday 11th December 2023
Role purpose:
As our Finance and Resources Director, you'll be a key player in our senior leadership team of four, reporting to the CEO and alongside trustees, especially with our experienced Treasurer. Working closely with the CEO and other Directors, you'll dive into strategic planning & governance whilst leading on the financial strategy that manages and makes best use of our resources: financial, physical, information and people so we can deliver even more support for young people.
Your small, but brilliant, team of four have already worked hard over the last year to set up the systems and processes to prepare the Charity for it’s next stage of growth. Now we need you to come and lead it!
