Change Grow Live have been granted additional funding from the Office of Health Improvement and Disparity and we are therefore expanding our service in Brighton and Hove.

Experience in the field of substance misuse or a related field is preferred but we will welcome applications from all backgrounds if you share our values and are committed to learn.
Change Grow Live is a health and social care charity, working with individuals, families and communities affected by substance misuse, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse and anti-social behaviour.
We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled individual with a strong track record of leadership in social care, to join us as the Deputy Services Manager for our Brighton and Hove Drug and Alcohol Service.
The Service provides a range of recovery focused interventions and activities within a community delivery model including structured psycho-social 1-1, and group-based interventions, medically assisted treatment, harm reduction interventions, hospital liaison alongside the provision of criminal justice services to substance users.
With the Services Manager, the Deputy Services Manager and other staff you will be responsible for the operational leadership of the service, ensuring the delivery and development of a high-quality outcome focused service within agreed budgets. You will provide values-based leadership and will model the belief that we all have the potential to make positive changes and to lead meaningful and purposeful lives.
