Permanent, Full-time
Job description

Changing Faces benefits from the generosity and determination of our amazing donors and fundraisers – from baking up a storm to scaling Everest – they always give their best for people with visible differences.

We have ambitious plans to expand our work, and growing our supporter base will be key to realising this.

To help us do this, we have created an exciting new Support Development Officer role to help us to give the best possible experience back to the amazing individuals who support our charity.

You will help us grow our supporter base by helping us support, inspire and engage our existing donors and supporters, alongside recruiting new ones. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Communications, alongside ensuring efficient and smooth-running processes for all aspects of the supporter journey, you will develop and produce effective, regular communications to keep supporters up to date with, and excited about, our activities.

Alongside great attention to detail, you will have a successful track record of first-class customer care, be experienced in using social media to communicate and develop relationships with donors, and bring a warm and dedicated approach to ensure our amazing supporters have the best experience possible!

We are always looking for talented people from all backgrounds to join us and help improve the lives of people with visible differences. We particularly want to encourage people from under-represented groups to step forward and apply to work with Changing Faces.

Contract: Full time (37 hours per week), permanent

Salary scale: £26,868 to £27,674 per year. Changing Faces’ policy is to offer all posts at the first point on this scale.
