At Changing Tunes, a faith-inspired music charity working with prisoners and ex-prisoners, we are seeking an efficient, diligent and well-organised person to join us in the role of part-time (3 days/week) Office Manager. We invite applications for the role from anyone passionate about social justice, energised to work for an innovative organisation with a 30 year track record in supporting over 500 prisoners and 50 ex-prisoners annually to live lives of meaning and purpose, free from crime.
The role will include leading a small office-based team of employees and volunteers in supporting the Chief Executive, fundraiser and prison-based musicians to manage and develop Changing Tunes. The Office Manager will oversee financial and administrative duties as well as manage the ongoing marketing. Whilst leadership and/or management experience is required, above all, we are looking for an easily motivated, strong communicator, able to multi-task at a high level, with an approachable manner and a proactive, ‘hands on’ attitude.
The salary for this position is between £22,000 and £24,000 (pro-rata) depending on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will be based in the centre of Bristol and will receive 33 days' holiday (including bank holidays) annually, and membership of a contributory pension scheme.
Job packs can be downloaded from our website or requested by email. The closing date is midnight Sunday 10th February 2019.
