Job description

Chapter are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and dynamic Wellbeing Lead to manage a team of wellbeing coaches and volunteers, providing one-to-one and group activities to support the recovery of people affected by mental ill-health.

Our Wellbeing Lead is a hands-on staff member, supervising colleagues working within the Wellbeing Team as well as providing support to individuals with mental ill-health accessing Chapter’s services. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the Wellbeing Team, ensure appropriate and quality support is provided externally, and maintain systems internally.

As a new post, there is scope to help develop the efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery and internal monitoring.
