Hours: Part time/permanent (30 hours worked over 4 or 5 days)
Location: Flexible, remote working with travel to office in Bath as required
We are working in partnership with a national health charity that is dedicated to improving the diagnosis, prevention and suffering of fragility fractures.
The charity is now seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy and based within the Development Directorate, the postholder will oversee a portfolio of existing corporate partners and develop new business opportunities. The role will focus on both the business to business, and business to consumer sectors, and will seek to secure income through a range of forms, including sponsorship, project funding, staff fundraising, on-pack licencing, training, and charity of the year relationships.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience of working in external fundraising and/or corporate partnerships, with a strong understanding of effective corporate fundraising techniques.
- Proven experience in corporate partnership account management, as well as new business development.
- Ability to produce a strong case for support, with excellent creative writing and presentation skills.
- Understanding of developing and managing budgets.
We are seeking a strong and diplomatic communicator, able to negotiate and influence, but also empathise with stakeholders and project teams to positively influence and gain commitment to objectives. Excellent organisational/project/time management skills to manage a complex workload, prioritise and set deadlines whilst retaining attention to detail, is essential. A full driving licence and use of car for travel is needed.
