Dorset Advocacy service works in partnership with all commissioners and stakeholders to ensure everyone within Dorset can easily access appropriate services and can exercise influence in their design and delivery for the better.
Dorset Advocacy is now seeking to appoint an Operations Manager, who will be accountable for the quality, impact and safety of all our contracted services. The post holder will be responsible for the management of all Advocacy Managers, and any other relevant senior staff.
The successful individual will demonstrate:
- Experience with contract monitoring and compliance across the range of service provision including writing quarterly reports and representing Dorset Advocacy at contract monitoring meetings.
- Excellent at managing working relationships with delivery partners, organisations and stakeholders, ensuring service quality is satisfactory and contract compliant.
- Regularly reporting quality performance to the Board, against relevant key performance indicators and service level agreements.
- Ensure systems and database capture all project activity and used accurately, to verify data quality and reconcile different data streams
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and an experienced manager. You will understand NHS and Social Care structures and a knowledge of safeguarding and measuring outcomes. You will be confident working at senior level and presenting to the board.
