Key Responsibilities

Group Tutor Contractor

We are currently recruiting for tutors in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).

Position: A level Group Tutor Contractor (various subjects)

Location: UK (nationwide, remote)

Contract: For the 2026/27 academic year with the option to renew at the end of the year

Salary: £38 per tutorial

Close Date: 13th June 2026

Start Date: October 2026 or November 2026 depending on student demand for tuition subject

About the Role

Are you an experienced A level tutor? Can you support under-resourced young people to reach their full academic potential?

We are looking for passionate and qualified A level tutors to deliver high quality group tuition to students. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced tutors with a love of learning to help bright students overcome barriers to academic achievement. Tutorials are delivered online to groups of up to 4 students via our bespoke online learning platform.

Tutorials generally take place between the hours of 3pm and 8pm on weekday evenings, with flexibility around the schedules of our tutors and students.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead weekly hour-long tutorials with your tutor group(s), via the online learning platform
• Responsively plan and deliver stimulating, high quality tuition in line with the Quality Assurance Framework
• Effectively monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback when requested
• Complete weekly attendance forms, supply monthly invoices, and complete other administrative duties as required
• Participate in observation and feedback process, taking advantage of continuous professional development opportunities
• Follow safeguarding policies, supporting the wellbeing of your students at all times

Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK by the time the work commences

About You

You will have at least two years A level teaching and/or tutoring experience and a positive, engaging and flexible teaching style.

You will also have:

• Familiarity with and strong knowledge of relevant exam boards and specifications
• Evidence of ability to tutor one or more of the following subjects to A level standard: Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or Maths
• Ability to commit to weekly hour-long tutorials at the same time each week over the academic year
• UK based, with the right to work in the UK

The Role 
SEO Europe was launched in 2021, with its first France programme piloting in 2023. As we continue to grow our presence and impact in France, we are looking for a highly motivated Programme Coordinator to support the development and delivery of our student programmes and outreach initiatives.

As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of all student-related events. • Student Outreach: Implementing outreach campaigns to help recruit more students from engineering schools and public universities across France.

• Alumni engagement: Help structure and manage alumni engagement initiatives in Paris

Responsibilities and Accountabilities 

There are three main activities within the France team: 

• Outreach (student recruitment)

• Programme Delivery (education and training events for students)

• Alumni engagement (event and community management)

The Programme Coordinator will serve as the administrative officer for the France team. You will support the team as needed and have specific responsibilities for identifying and onboarding students at business schools, engineering schools and universities across France, both online (social media, email marketing, webinars) and offline (in-person campus events and sponsored events). 

You will also play a key role in executing our social media strategy and managing our presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Overall administration of student events, ensuring exceptional communication and coordination

• Event management, student and partner communication and coordination of all relevant stakeholders

• Posting job opportunities on our student portal and creating content for our newsletter

• Managing student queries and maintaining relationships

• Coordinating outreach programmes and managing our Student Ambassador network

• Identifying and onboarding students, while managing relationships with academic institutions and partners

• Maintaining working documents, event calendars and reports

• Thinking creatively to improve outreach programmes and support social media management

• Supporting the France team across programme delivery and partnership initiatives as needed 

• Ensuring all information and student data is managed in accordance with GDPR guidelines and updated in Salesforce

• Running reports to track and monitor programme activity and events through the CRM
