This role will involve working closely with the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to provide admin support to the fundraising directorate, manage and maintain a portfolio of corporate partnerships, maximising income, and support benefits through delivery of excellent partnership stewardship and a great supporter experience. This role will involve supporting the challenge event portfolio as well as working with a variety of areas across the fundraising division such as Philanthropy, Individual Giving and Corporate. to enable Home-Start to support more families around the UK.

Main purpose and scope of the role:
Parentkind is a national charity and we work across all four nations of the United Kingdom and the devolved institutions and governments.
The successful candidate would be expected to support our work in Northern Ireland and have demonstrable experience of the political system in Northern Ireland.
In addition to their work in Northern Ireland the successful candidate will support the wider aims of the Policy and Research Department across the UK.
We are the voice of parents in education, we represent 13,000 Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) and have an ambition to develop an internal parent ‘think tank’ within the organisation.
This is an exciting role if you have a passion for politics, a background in policy research and interested in education policy and politics.
The role will involve conducting research on education policy and making policy recommendations based on that research. Some research will be time sensitive and involve summarising information and presenting it in an easy to understand way. There will be longer research projects to support the charity to develop policy positions and maintain our position as a strong voice for parents in education.
Alongside the research requirements of the role, you will be expected to support our political and broader stakeholder engagement activity to make sure the work we do is understood and seen by the right people.
You will have experience of working with political stakeholders in Northern Ireland and a strong understanding of the political structures and processes in Northern Ireland, as well as experience in political engagement to promote research and policy recommendations.

Policy research and analysis
- To conduct research on education policy in Northern Ireland under the guidance of the Director of Policy and Research.
- To produce summarise large amounts of information and produce briefing material on education policy for external audiences, often at pace.
- To provide political monitoring and advice for the department, to include:
- debates and questions in the Northern Ireland Assembly
- future business across in the Northern Ireland Assembly,

About the role
Sightsavers' content and stories team has responsibility for developing creative concepts and content in response to communications briefs, as well as supporting the organisation with video and editorial services, and sourcing photography, video, audio and written stories from projects across Africa and South Asia. This work generates a huge volume of multimedia digital assets which need to be easily searchable by everyone in the organisation. We've recently moved to a new digital asset management system which requires an ongoing process of training and development.
We are looking for a Digital Asset Manager to be responsible for embedding and maintaining our new digital asset management system (Asset Bank), offering training and support to teams using and uploading assets. You'll work closely with content producers and story collectors to develop workflows preparing and uploading new content and you'll lead their implementation. As digital asset manager you'll inspire staff with available content, finding creative ways to make the organisation aware of the assets the team is producing. You'll need to make strategic decisions and plans for optimising and promoting the system and its contents, but you won't shy away from getting stuck into the day to day of preparing and uploading content.

* Ownership of digital asset storage systems with strategic decision making about process, structure and content

We seek a Global Technical Lead - Social Inclusion and Mainstreaming, with expertise in addressing inequalities, to join our team of social inclusion professionals. The post-holder will be responsible for providing technical support in the design of new projects, the provision of technical expertise to ongoing initiatives and will also play a role in shaping the strategic direction of Sightsavers' approach to disability inclusive decision-making, gender mainstreaming, and supporting our policy and global advocacy priorities.
The Global Technical Lead - will support the Deputy Technical Director, Social inclusion in delivering Sightsavers' work in inclusive decision-making. This will include working closely with country office staff to deliver our West Africa portfolio of projects addressing inclusive citizenship and political participation (CPP). Inclusive democracy is an area of growth for Sightsavers, and the post-holder will have a significant role in contributing to growing the portfolio.
Principal accountabilities will include:
- Providing Sightsavers staff and our partners, technical leadership, support and guidance in the area of disability inclusion across our thematic area of citizenship and political participation
- Identifying the capacity building needs of Sightsavers' staff and partners globally to deliver social inclusion programming
- Working with Global Technical Leads and other teams to identify new strategic initiatives and innovative approaches in social inclusion including in fragile environments and promoting locally led development.
- Developing tools and guidance around disability mainstreaming
- Representing Sightsavers externally and strengthening partnerships with relevant stakeholders
- Working with fundraisers to generate additional financial resources.

Contract – Cyfnod penodol o 12 mis i ddechrau
Lleoliad – Gweithio gartref a theithio i ymweld â theuluoedd maeth ar draws gogledd Cymru; gan gynnwys Sir y Fflint, Wrecsam, Sir Ddinbych, Conwy, Gwynedd ac Ynys Môn. Hefyd mae gofyn i ddeiliad y swydd fynychu cyfarfodydd staff a diwrnodau cwrdd i ffwrdd tîm.
Fel sefydliad ‘di-elw’, mae TACT yn rhoi anghenion ein plant a’n gofalwyr yn gyntaf ac yn ceisio penodi unigolion sydd yr un mor frwd dros faethu â ni. Mae TACT yn buddsoddi’r holl incwm dros ben mewn staff, gofalwyr a datblygiad plant. Mae hyn yn golygu ein bod wedi sefydlu gwasanaethau cymorth mewnol arbenigol fel ein Gwasanaethau Iechyd ac Addysg TACT ac wedi creu TACT Connect, ein cynllun arloesol ar gyfer pobl ifanc ac oedolion sydd â phrofiad o ofal. Bydd staff newydd yn ymuno â ni wrth i ni gychwyn ar daith i ddod yn sefydliad sy’n gwbl ystyriol o drawma, gyda’r nod o gynyddu ein heffeithiolrwydd a gwella canlyniadau i’r plant a’r bobl ifanc yn ein gofal.
Rydym yn ymfalchïo yn ein cyfleoedd i weithio’n hyblyg, rhaglen llesiant helaeth, a’n pecyn buddion, i gyd wedi’u curadu i gefnogi cydbwysedd iach rhwng bywyd a gwaith i’n holl staff. Byddwn hefyd yn buddsoddi yn eich dysgu, gan gefnogi eich twf a’ch datblygiad wrth i chi gael eich cyflogi gan TACT. Byddwch yn cael eich annog i fynychu cyfleoedd datblygiad personol a phroffesiynol, a bydd gennych fynediad at ddysgu ac adnoddau i’ch galluogi i ddatblygu eich gwybodaeth a’ch sgiliau.
Ar hyn o bryd, ni yw’r 4edd Elusen Orau i weithio iddi a’r 16eg Cwmni Gorau Maint Canol yn y DU yn ôl meini prawf y Cwmnïau Gorau, ac mae canlyniadau ein harolwg wedi dangos lefelau ymgysylltu “rhagorol” ymysg staff dros y blynyddoedd diwethaf. Gallwch weld ein fideo cryno Cwmnïau Gorau yma.
Fel Uwch Weithiwr Cymdeithasol sy’n Goruchwylio ym maes Maethu gyda TACT Cymru, byddwch yn rhan o’n tîm anhygoel o weithwyr proffesiynol sy’n gweithio gyda gwerthoedd ein sefydliad wrth galon eu hymarfer bob dydd. Gallwch adolygu ein gwerthoedd yma.
Yn ogystal â’r cyflog blynyddol, mae rôl yr Uwch Weithiwr Cymdeithasol sy’n Goruchwylio yn denu Lwfans y Tu Allan i Oriau o £1,500 y flwyddyn unwaith y byddwch chi’n cymryd rhan yn y rota.
Mae prif ofynion y rôl hon yn cynnwys:
- Cymhwyster priodol ym maes gwaith cymdeithasol
- Cofrestriad cyfredol gyda Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru
- O leiaf 2 flynedd o brofiad ôl-gymhwysol mewn lleoliadau maethu/teulu neu leoliadau gofal plant eraill
- Profiad o gefnogi a goruchwylio 10-12 o deuluoedd maeth i ddiwallu anghenion cymhleth y bobl ifanc sy’n derbyn gofal
- Llwyddiant blaenorol o weithio gyda phlant ac ar eu rhan, gan barchu a chynnal eu hunaniaeth, a hyrwyddo eu datblygiad cadarnhaol.
- Profiad o waith grŵp a/neu ddarparu hyfforddiant.
- Gwybodaeth gyfredol am ddeddfwriaeth berthnasol gan gynnwys rheoliadau Gwasanaethau Maethu (Cymru).
- Profiad o gefnogi/gweithio gyda phlant sy’n derbyn gofal a’u gofalwyr maeth.
- Gallu blaenoriaethu, cynllunio a threfnu eich hun yn effeithlon.
- Gallu defnyddio systemau cofnodion electronig a TG yn effeithiol, gan gynnwys cymryd rhan mewn rhith-gyfarfodydd a gweminarau.
Mae TACT yn cynnig pecyn buddion gwych i weithwyr, gan gynnwys:
- 31 diwrnod o wyliau â thâl yn ogystal â gwyliau banc.
- Trefniadau gweithio hyblyg (gan gynnwys oriau cywasgedig, hyblygrwydd o ran oriau craidd, polisi diwrnodau gwirfoddoli).
- Polisïau sy’n ystyriol o deuluoedd.
- ‘Bwndel’ gweithio gartref, gan gynnwys lwfans blynyddol o £750, offer TG a benthyciad ar gyfer sefydlu swyddfa gartref.
- Cynllun pensiwn cyfranddeiliaid (aberthu cyflog) ac yswiriant bywyd o’r diwrnod cyntaf.
- Rhaglen Cymorth i Weithwyr (gan gynnwys cwnsela Therapi Gwybyddol Ymddygiadol am ddim, apwyntiadau Meddygon Teulu o bell, ffisiotherapi, cymorth iechyd meddwl, ac ail farn).
- Cyfleoedd dysgu a datblygu gwych.
Mae angen archwiliad manwl gan y Gwasanaeth Datgelu a Gwahardd hefyd a bydd yn cael ei brosesu gan TACT ar eich rhan.
Mae rhuglder yn y Gymraeg yn ddymunol ond nid yn hanfodol.

Rydym yn defnyddio dulliau recriwtio trwyadl a chyson i helpu i ddiogelu pobl ifanc TACT. Disgwylir i’n holl staff weithio yn unol â pholisïau diogelu TACT.
Nid yw TACT yn derbyn dogfennau CV digymell gan asiantaethau recriwtio allanol nac yn derbyn y ffioedd sy’n gysylltiedig â nhw.
