Here at Charity Horizons we are delighted to be supporting Family Fund in their search for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join the team at this busy and exciting time. Family Fund is the UK’s largest charity providing grants for families on low incomes raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people. Last year the charity provided over 89,000 grants or services worth over £33 million to families across the UK, and with 93% of families telling the charity that the pandemic has had a negative impact on their child’s health and wellbeing, Family Fund are now committed to supporting families to recover from this uniquely difficult period.
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will play a leading role in managing a high value corporate partner along with the Head of Fundraising. You will also be tasked with the exciting challenge of engaging new potential corporate partnerships by developing and managing the mid-high value corporate partnerships pipeline.
Your role will be to develop and update reports and work closely with the Senior Media Officer to identify potential PR opportunities. You will also work with the wider team to provide tools and resources to work with corporate partners and coordinate corporate fundraising activity.
We are looking to speak with candidates with proven experience in corporate partnership management from either a fundraising or commercial background. You should have excellent research, writing, communication and negotiation skills and enjoy relationship development and stakeholder management. Additioanlly you should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in either corporate fundraising, sales or business development. Perhaps most importantly you should be passionate about the work of the charity, aligned with the organisation’s values and enthusiastic about corporate engagement.
The post is full-time and permanent and will be based partly from home as well as the charity’s offices in York. There will also be some UK wide travel.
