We have a unique and special opportunity for someone to become part of the journey to end homeless. During the Coronavirus pandemic the bold, collective action of this incredible charity helped thousands of people off the streets in the space of just a few weeks. It also prevented thousands more people from becoming homeless. Now is the time to build on this and by joining this team as Fundraising Manager in Wales and the South West you will have the opportunity to play a role in making this happen and in shaping a better future for us all.
As Fundraising Manager you will create, own and lead on the development and delivery of an established fundraising strategy in Wales and the South West. Working across the territory (and closely with colleagues in Swansea) you will have the opportunity to drive and develop growth in fundraising income, and excellence in supporter experience. This is a varied and interesting role allowing for someone to come in and take the strategic lead in driving income, but also develop and propel their career by getting involved with additional cross organisational projects and campaigns.
To be considered for this role you should come to us with a proven ability to develop and implement a fundraising strategy across multiple income streams. You should be an experienced fundraiser and a strong and confident communicator able to network and build relationships with ease. Perhaps most importantly you should be a dedicated and motivated fundraiser and share the organisation’s passion and commitment to end homelessness.
This organisation puts the welfare and wellbeing of its staff at the heart of all it does and on joining this team you will become part of a supportive and welcoming team that offers generous salary and benefits, ongoing career development and a flexible approach to work life balance. The role is predominantly home-based with some travel to services in Swansea as well as across Wales and the South West. This role will close on 20th June so we strong advise early application!
