Job Description

We're recruiting for a Partnership Development Manager with a focus on account management, to join the UKs foremost learning disability charity; an organisation that works to support over 1.4million people living with a learning disability. Providing support across a huge range of issues this organisation has a large reach and undertakes work that genuinely changes the lives of its beneficiaries - as part of the dedicated team making this work possible, the corporate fundraising team at the charity is growing and has recently won some exciting new partnerships.

A key role, the Partnership Development Manager will lead on the management of one of the organisations flagship partnerships worth around £500k per annum. You will have responsibility for leading on the account management strategy for this partnership; as well as delivering on strategic, commercial, and charity of the year aims. Other responsibilities will include:

- Work to partnership financial and non-financial targets
- Develop robust account plans which identify and create objectives, and allow for clear communication
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, both internally and externally
- Work in partnership with the new business team to ensure partnerships are on boarded successfully
- Contribute to team planning and forecasting
- Develop solid and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
