In addition, you will identify improvements in both processes and systems; establish compliance procedures and monitoring structures for business processes; and work with IM&T colleagues to document internal operating procedures, including change control processes and business reporting processes.

Ideally, you'll have demonstrable experience of working with a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is desirable but not essential) and be a deft navigator of the digital environment, including IT systems and CMS websites. You will possess strong analytical understanding of business processes and be able to identify and quantify effectiveness and improvements across the digital environment and have an ability to understand business requirements and user needs. A sound knowledge of GDPR is required, alongside an ability to write technical and operational documentation.

You must be solutions-orientated, capable of using your initiative with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You must be a strong communicator, able to influence and present to a variety of stakeholders; you must strive for excellence and demonstrate commitment to the ETF's core values.
