Charity People is thrilled to be supporting a Hospital Charity which is dedicated to transforming services and facilities for patients across Nottinghamshire. Donor support has enabled the charity to provide additional resources for children's cancer wards, stroke patients, cardiac care, and breast cancer care, to name but a few. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career goals whether that be in fundraising, management or both!
We are looking for a Community Fundraising Manager (maternity cover) to lead the team of 3 to implement and develop activity to support the overall Fundraising Strategy. You'll be a creative leader focusing on ensuring excellent stewardship of supporters and volunteers, as well as acquiring and engaging new supporters from within the community.
Ideally coming with a track record of community fundraising however we are really open to having conversations with fundraisers who are looking to develop their experience in management or those from a sales/marketing background who come with a track record in great management who would like to develop a career within the third sector.
Family friendly and flexible, this role can be a hybrid of office (2 days per week in Nottingham) and home working. We would consider candidates looking for other flexible working suggestions so please get in touch to discuss.
