I'm recruiting a temporary Community Fundraising Officer to work for a health related charity on their flagship campaign. This year they are looking to double participation for this fundraising campaign - ensuring there are more supporters to engage with and support.
They need someone to start asap, for 3-5 days a week (ideally 5), they are paying between £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience (paid hourly). The contract will definitely be for 4 weeks, but possibly up to 12 weeks.
The Community Fundraiser will provide excellent supporter care to supporters that have registered for the campaign. This will involve welcome phone calls, mid-way phone calls, communicating via the phone, email and letter. So you must be a great communicator and have a good phone manner. You will send out fundraising material in time for their events and ensure all supporters feel appreciated, informed and well cared for.
You will record accurate data, in line with GDPR, on the Raiser's Edge database to a high standard (training on RE is possible within this role but experience of working on RE is preferable).
To be considered for this post you must have solid and recent experience of working in a community fundraising role, and feel confident in knowing the role you will play in the running of this campaign.
If you are available for this temporary post, starting asap by February, please email me your up to date CV, in Word format asap please.
