Charity People are proud to be working with a wonderful Social Welfare Charity, currently looking to welcome an insightful Database CRM Officer to their committed team.
This historic Charity first opened its doors in 1916 and, since then, has been providing award-winning care in state-of-the-art homes. The organisation provides specialist nursing, dementia and therapeutic care, together with a varied and engaging programme of activities, which enable residents to remain independent and enjoy life.
As Database CRM Officer, you will manage the CRM database, ensuring its performance, integrity and security, along with developing Raiser's Edge so as to meet long term fundraising goals. You will also be required to support Managers in utilising data to help deliver their income targets, provide high levels of customer care to their donors and supporters, and have the opportunity to help create data segmentation and hierarchy for mass communications to supporters.
We are looking for applicants proficient in Raiser's Edge and experienced in delivering effectively within a CRM focused role. You will be comfortable working collaboratively in cross-departmental teams, communicating technical ideas to differing audiences. You will have strong project management and organization skills, and a working knowledge of GDPR and data protection legislation. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and flexible individual who is calm under pressure and is passionate about supporting colleagues in their learning and development.
