Charity People are excited to be working with one of the UK's leading Healthcare charities in their search for a Database Manager to join their Data team.

This charity provides support to both patients and staff by funding patient services, therapy, emergency care, healthcare pack as well cutting-edge research. The charity has worked with partners for many years to undertake cutting-edge research that provided solutions to healthcare conditions and resulted to the development of innovative medical equipment. Their mission is to provide efficient and outstanding care to staff, patients and the local community.

The organisation is going through a period of growth and is looking for a Database Manager to support the foundations for the charity's work by managing the organisation's Customer Relations Management and other supplementary databases. As the Database Manager, you will be the first point of contact for internal queries; you will oversee data management and ensure that data practises follow internal policies and GDPR guidelines. You will also manage data migration & integration of systems and oversea data for Gift Aid claims. The Database Manager will also be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders, business departments as well as other charity teams such as Fundraising and Marketing.

We are looking for confident, approachable and diligent applicants, able to work effectively with limited supervision and guidance. You will be highly organised, have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable working in a high-paced environment on a diverse set of tasks. You will also have the ability to work confidently and accurately with large volumes of data in order to make informed decisions and recommendations. Proficiency with CRM databases, specifically Raiser Edge is essential (minimum of 2 years recent experience).
