Charity People are excited to be working with one of the UK's leading Benevolent Charity in their search for a Database Officer to join their Data & Insight Team.

This organisation provides help and support for organisations in the media industry. They champion wellbeing at all stages of the career journey by offering career coaching, networking opportunities, grants, masterclasses and general career guidance. In essence, this organisation helps to keep all parties in the media industry connected and well informed.

The organisation is going through a period of significant growth and is looking for a Database Officer to help inform business strategy and direction. As the Database Officer, you will be responsible for the development of the organisation's data capacity to inform and influence business decisions. You will lead on database development by assessing business needs, troubleshoot user issues, data cleansing, and working with different teams to collate and report contact data. As Lead on database development, you will oversee data management and ensure that data practises follow internal policies and GDPR guidelines.

We are looking for confident, approachable and diligent applicants, able to work effectively with limited supervision and guidance. You will be highly organised, have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable working in a high-paced environment on a diverse set of tasks. You will also have the ability to work confidently and accurately with large volumes of data in order to make informed decisions and recommendations. Proficiency with CRM databases, specifically Raiser Edge is essential.
