Job Description

Direct Marketing Specialist
Homeless Charity, Central London

Our client works to provide innovative education, employment, housing and well-being services address individual needs and help homeless people to transform their lives. They are determined campaigners, working to prevent people from becoming homeless and advocating solutions informed by research and their direct experience.

They have ambitious plans for the future and are committed to help more people in more places across the UK. They are looking to recruit a Direct Marketing Specialist to work within their Supporter Appeals team. You will be joining a team who has seen large levels of income growth over the past 3 years and this role provides an opportunity to contribute to this and The Charity's mission of ending homelessness.

About the role
As a Direct Marketing Specialist, you will need experience of delivering direct marketing campaigns across a range of online and offline activity. You'll take responsibility for planning, managing and delivering innovative and impactful supporter campaigns across acquisition and development. You'll have previously worked with creative, media, digital or print agencies, and possess expert marketing judgement to deliver high quality fundraising campaigns. It's an exciting time to join the organisation as they work towards our plan of ending homelessness in Great Britain.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have experience of delivering direct marketing campaigns within a fundraising context as well as experience and knowledge of using digital and new media channels. You'll need to be adept at project managing, analysing and reporting on the performance of DM campaigns whilst maintaining a high level of drive and dedication. The Charity will be looking for real passion to deliver best-in-class supporter experiences whilst maximising income through campaigns and innovation.
