We are delighted to be working with a professional medical membership organisation based in Battersea. They have an opportunity to join their small team as an Events Assistant focusing on a conference which is going to be in June. The conference is going to be for members of the public and medical professionals, with estimated attendace of 3000 people.
There will be several talks, and many stands offering advice in relation to medicine and science.
This is a part time role for 5 months, working 3 days per week (9am -5pm), Monday to Wednesday.

You will be working closely with the CEO and other main organisers as well as PR Agency. You will be responsible for ensuring relevant information is collated for the PR Agency, as well as managing delegate registration on Eventbrite.
You will need minimum of 2 year's of experience in event management, accustomed to using Eventbrite as well as dealing with budgets. You will need experience in updating social media with the relevant information about the event ensuring all the relevant information has been uploaded.
You will have excellent communication and written skills, be able to think on your feet, and make decisions.
