Head of Income Generation

GUTS UK are seeking a dynamic Head of Income Generation to lead their fundraising team as part of their Senior leadership team.
Salary: 50-55K (dependent on experience)
This is a full-time permanent role however we would welcome candidates looking for part time or job share opportunities as they are open to discussing any flexible working requests.
Location: For the first 6 months you will be based mainly from their Huddersfield office. After this period, remote/hybrid options are available.

About the role:
As the Head of Income Generation, you'll be leading a dedicated team though an exciting period of growth and expansion. You'll be responsible for developing new strategies to increase income, expanding GUTS UK reach and visibility. You will play in a pivotal role in achieving fundraising targets and bringing the charity's goals to life. Work directly with CEO and the board you'll be a key member of senior management, sharing collective responsibility to deliver the organisations strategy and vision.
About you:
As a skilled expert in the field of income generation, you'll have extensive experience leading successful fundraising programmes, and you'll bring strategic expertise to expand fundraising capabilities. You will have extensive experience across multiple income streams including Individual Giving and a strong understanding of Digital Fundraising as well as Corporate and philanthropy. You'll also have a commercial mindset, identifying additional opportunities for long-term sustainable income growth. You're going to be self-motivated, a great communicator and an empathetic leader, with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
