Job description

We are working with a well-established, small but successful Membership Society, with charitable status, to recruit their new Head of Membership.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own. Although a standalone role, (aside from admin support), you will full have strategic oversight and operational responsibility, reporting directly to the CEO.

The society has 8,000 members, boasting excellent retention rates, however they will be looking to you to focus on reaching out to new members via well-honed marketing campaigns, to accelerate growth.

Your main duties will include:

- Full strategic review of membership offering
- Purchasing of new integrated membership system
- Design and implementation of 5 year Membership engagement and growth strategy

This is a rare opportunity to work with a blank canvass, with full autonomy to help steer the Society towards continued success.

If you have strategic experience of improving membership offerings and would thrive in an environment where both process, systems and the offering will all need an overhaul, we would love to hear from you asap.
